Piggybacks and fun, that's the stuff that fathers are made of...
Dear Papa,
Thank you for being the best papa in the world. I love you.
Love from,
Christa

Hi Vivian - I saw you'd changed your website to this blog on FB, so came to check it out. This is a really good idea - for keeping the memories; for the healing and for reminding others of our Saviour's sovereignty in everything even if we do not understand it. Thank you! You are an inspiration and example to us all. Love and hugs, Taryn
My little space of healing, remembrance, and continuing life with Christa's memories.
Christa was diagnosed with medulloblastoma on the 3rd of Sept 2007. She bravely fought for her life, undergoing radiation and spending 1 1/2 months in ICU. She finally was able to come home with us in November and started chemotherapy then. Her road to healing was full of hurdles, but God met us there at every turning point and sent us many people along the way to encourage and pray for us. She finally went to be with the Lord on the 7th of March, 2008 where she now stands in His presence complete and whole. We are so blessed to have had her in our lives and continue to cherish every moment that we have spent with her. She will always be our little angel.
I will praise You, Lord my God Even in my brokenness I will praise you lord I will praise you, Lord my God Even in my desperation I will praise you Lord
And I can't understand, all that You allow I just can't see the reason But my life is in Your hands And though I cannot see You I choose to trust You
Even when my heart is torn I will praise You Lord Even when I feel deserted I will praise You Lord
Even in the darkest valley I will praise You Lord And when my world is shattered And it seems all hope is gone Yet I will praise You Lord
I will trust You, Lord my God Even in my loneliness I will trust You lord I will trust You, Lord my God Even when I cannot hear You I will trust You Lord
And I will not forget that You hung on a cross Lord You bled and died for me And if I have to suffer I know that You'll be there And I know that You're here now
